TENAFLY
The Borough of Tenafly presents concerts held throughout the summer on Tuesdays and Thursdays in borough parks. The Tuesday concerts will be held in Huyler Park across from the historic Tenafly Railroad Station starting at 7PM. The bands and dates for those concerts are as follows: July 5—The Kootz (Rock N Roll Favorites), July 12—52nd Street Band (Billy Joel Tribute Band), July 19— James Dean Orchestra (Sinatra Stylings) July 26—Party of Five (Acapella-Early Rock), August 2— Guthrie Brothers (Simon & Garfunkel Tribute Band), August 9 —Sweet Dreams (Music of Carole King), August 16 - Jazz Lobsters (Big Band Standards), August 23— The Beatniks (The Music of the Beatles) and August 30- Reminisce (Solid Gold Soul). The rain venue for the concerts at Huyler Park will be The Clinton Inn.
Thursday concerts will be held at Davis-Johnson Park at 7:00PM on the following dates: July 7— Verismo Opera (Opera’s Greatest Hits), July 14—Van Martin* (Sinatra, Martin, Prima, Manilow, Diamond, Humperdinck), July 21— Anne Van Cleave, Steven Skeels & Jerad Bortz* (From Disney to Broadway Favorites), July 28—Mark Mc Vey* (Your Favorite Standards), August 4— Michelle Kim* (Encores), August 11—NY Percussion* (From Bach to Rock!), August 18—Podles & Kopchik (Violin & Piano Concert), August 25-Double Take!* (Two Baby Grands in the Gazebo) and September 1- Michael Fennelly* (Piano Spectacular).
