This was our first Disney on Ice show, and as long-time Disney fans, we had high expectations. Disney on Ice presents Let's Celebrate! did not disappoint. Between the singing, dancing, and unexpected theatrics, my boys were entertained every minute of the hour and a half long performance.
Let's Celebrate! is a global celebration of different holidays such as birthdays, Valentine's Day, Halloween and Christmas. Characters from different movies - from classics like Snow White and the Seven Dwarves to more recent favorites like Toy Story - all seamlessly come together in a narrative that is both entertaining and educational for kids and their parents.
The performances and the songs flowed nicely so that the kids and I were captivated the whole time. Our favorite part of Let's Celebrate! was the finale. The look on my boys faces when our favorites Woody and Buzz Lightyear came out with our Disney buddies Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Pluto was priceless.
Overall, I would highly recommend families young and old to go see Disney on Ice presents Let's Celebrate!. The show is now showing at Prudential Center until November 24, and it will be making a second Jersey appearance at IZOD Center November 26 through December 1.
