Ready, steady, build! Get ready for a dino-mite adventure with Bob the Builder and friends! We had the opportunity to review the new DVD Bob the Builder: The Big Dino Dig The Movie. It came right around the time we saw dinosaurs at the American Museum of Natural History so Cole was all about the movie. The movie has all the familiar characters like Bob, Scoop and Dizzy, plus a new one Rubble, (Cole's favorite) who set out to build a theme park. It is about an hour long but it's broken up into smaller chapters, making it seem like different episodes each with separate challenges and rewards that the team encounters. I especially liked the breaks in between which talks about the different dinosaur bones that the team uncovers. All in all, it's a great addition to old and new fans of Bob the Builder. Plus the DVD includes a coupon for a free child ticket (with paid adult ticket) to any LEGOLAND attraction, and a special offer for a free child's admission to SplashDown Beach waterpark in Fishkill, New York, which features the new water attraction Bob the Builder Splash Works.
Bob the Builder: The Big Dino Dig The Movie is now available on DVD, Digital Download and On Demand, with a suggested retail price of $9.98.
