Board the steam train in historic downtown Phillipsburg, New Jersey and journey to the world's only Dinosaur Train Corn Maze on September 28 and 29, 2013. (Keep reading for a chance to win a family four-pack of tickets!)
Once you arrive at the corn maze you will go through a brief orientation and then the fun begins! Each group receives a map of the maze, which is actually a small and large maze. Depending on your skill level and the amount of time you have, you can do either one or both!
In the maze there are 12 check points to be found and 12 check boxes to be checked off. At each check point, there is a hole puncher. The game is complete when each check point is checked off, and you find your way out of the maze! Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring lots of water. If you have babies or toddlers, use backpacks instead of strollers or use a stroller with heavy duty wheels.
Feel free to bring your lunch and spend the afternoon in the shady picnic grove. Also on site is a 30 foot inflatable Pumpkin Bouncy the kids love. You can also play FSI Farm Scene Investigation and find out who abducted Farmer Joe, or mine for treasures at the Ol Susquehanna Mine at an additional cost (my son loved this when we did the Dinosaur Train).
Trains depart at 11AM, 12:30PM, 2PM and 3:30PM (no 3:30PM corn maze on Sunday). Arrive on any train you like and stay as long as you like. The last train heads north to Phillipsburg Station at 3:45PM.
