Picky eaters at your picnic? Try out this kid-approved pasta salad. It’s quick, easy and – best of all – yummy!
Ingredients:
- 12 oz. box of pasta (use spirals for some extra fun!)
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 ½ to 2 cucumbers
- ½ block of Colby or your favorite cheese, cut into chunks
- 1 can sliced black olives, drained
- Handful of mini pepperoni
- Salad Supreme seasoning
- Zesty Italian dressing
Directions:
- Cook pasta as directed, drain and rinse with cold water
- Dice tomatoes, cucumbers and cheese
- Mix all ingredients together in large bowl
- Season with Salad Supreme (or a combination of your favorite herbs and seasonings)
- Pour generous amount of dressing over all (approx. ½ cup)
Let salad sit in the refrigerator for about 1 hour before serving. You may need to add more dressing prior to serving as the noodles absorb it.
