The summertime blues are kicking in. I recently came back from a fantastic week in the Adirondacks, and now that I’m home, I am counting down the days until my Macaroni Kid press trip to explore gorgeous Riviera Nayarit, Mexico and review the brand-new Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta. I seriously cannot wait to share this experience with our Macaroni Kid community, and each summer day until my next adventure seems longer than the next.

For the next couple of days, I’m also doing my best to keep eating healthier meals because I will be letting loose on Mexican deliciousness.
