Following on the heels of the Italian Mediterranean restaurant Cork & Crust that opened in 2020, a new dining establishment is coming to the quaint town of Harrington Park this year. Raw Seafood Bar, Sushi & Grille will be the BYOB seafood spinoff of its sister restaurant, Cork & Crust. The menu will offer "fresh, high-quality coastal cuisine with an Italian flare," featuring an extensive raw bar selection of a variety of shellfish such as lobster, scallops, shrimp, littleneck clams, and oysters. The restaurant will also serve fresh sushi rolls, as well as entrees like Short Rib Ossobucco and Creamy Burrata Ravioli. There is a kids' menu with mozzarella sticks, pasta with butter, and chicken fingers.
