Old Tappan's annual Ragamuffin Parade will be held on October 28. There will be prizes for costumes in different categories and age groups. Afterwards, continue the festivities with hayrides, activities, games, and more. Sponsored by the Old Tappan Woman's Club and Recreation Commission. Rain date October 29 at 1PM.
